JCB CONSERVACIÓN is an international company located in Valencia, Spain
We specialise in the conservation of wooden structures and polychromy, in all their forms:
building structures, ceilings, altarpieces, monumental sculptures, historical interiors, gilding… We have 20 years of experience in the conservation works of art and cultural property, with projects in Europe, Africa and Latin America. In collaboration with construction companies, cultural institutions and universities. Our criterias are based on international conservation charts and we carry out projects with a conserving point of view, always respecting and understanding the materials that make up the works and historic buildings.

RENOVATION
The wooden elements of historic buildings such as: ceilings, doors, altarpieces or furnitures require specific treatments, both in the damage assessment and in the intervention itself. At JCB CONSERVACION we are at the disposal of architects, engineers and conservation companies to intervene on the wooden elements of any building that needs to be refurbished.
SCULPTURES
The sculptures, whether free-standing or part of a sculptural ensemble, require an intervention methodology adapted to the artwork. From consolidating the wood to fixing layers of polychromy, at JCB CONSERVACIÓN, we use conservation methods that are effective and respectful to the intrinsic materials of the artwork.
DISINFECTION AND DISINSECTISATION
The eradication of pests in wood is effective if a treatment is carried out with guarantees. Based on this scientific basis and backed by 20 years of experience, at JCB CONSERVACIÓN we are at your disposal with the most up-to-date treatments for the elimination of pests in organic materials: wood, textiles and archives.
